Engineering (Alchemical)
Alchemical Engineering is a fairly new field that involves the capturing, harnessing, and exploitation of alchemical elements to produce energy and new materials. Alchemy used to be a fringe field practiced only by paganistic practitioners. But with the rise of the industrial revolution, Alchemical Engineering has taken a new precedence. The advent of alchemical fuel refining improvements and exploitation exponentially increased energy availability. In addition, alchemical engineering continues to bring new materials and advanced polymers for more sophisticated construction.
Complex projects may require multiple disciplines to complete. For example, creating a mechanical steamboat would require Macroengineering to create the hull and superstructure, Precision Engineering for steering and controls, and Alchemical Engineering for the drive system.
Engineering (Alchemical) Stunts
- "Anything Can be a Bomb:" Once per session, you can expend a potion and make an attack using Engineering (Alchemical) instead of Shoot.
- Transmute: Once per session, you can use Engineering (Alchemical) in place of Resources when attempting to provision raw or composite materials.
